Mark as Useful Caller said that she was calling regarding the additional life insurance policy that my husband had signed up for through his work. My husband, in fact had signed up for one recently. Made arrangements to drop off policy the next day after confirming address.
Busy signal upon call back, just like the above complaints.

Mark as Useful They called again but never responded when I said 'hello'...read on other boards that the caller identifies themselves as 'pain management' and cajoles you to make an appointment, asking if you're in pain. Very strange.
